Summer Reading 2017

School is out, summer has begun and that means it’s time for Summer Reading.

We are participating in Senator Wayne Shaw’s 2017 Summer Reading program again this year so be sure and stop by the library to get signed up and pick up your reading log.

Participants must be in 1st through 12th grade and read a minimum of 25 hours between May 28 and August 5. Senator Shaw will present a t-shirt to those who complete their 25 hours at an end of the summer party held at the library.

You don’t want to miss the Kick-Off Carnival Tuesday, June 6 starting at 5:30 pm. The carnival is FREE! We will have lots of fun games and prizes.

Every other Tuesday the library will have special activities that everyone is invited to participate in. Those days are: June 20, July 11, July 25 and our end of the summer party with Senator Shaw on August 8. Activities start at 5:30 pm and end at 7 pm.

We hope to see you there!
